How does Mekorma protect my information?

Mekorma software takes advantage of your ERP’s built-in security model. Only those users with permissions can see, report, and work with payment data based on their roles. This means only authorized users can approve or send payments to the outsource provider’s platform.

Separation of Duties

Your ERP, with Mekorma Payment Hub, can configure multi-level thresholds to ensure the authorized users approve payments in the ERP before they are available to be encrypted and sent out for further processing.

Connecting to Remote Payment Services

When Mekorma sends transactions from your ERP, we apply the most stringent security methods available to the industry:

• Data is packaged and encrypted at rest and in transit using 2048-bit encryption.
• API authentication and credentials validation is done via tokenization.
• Security tokens are valid only for a fraction of time (time varies with the provider).
• Communication with both servers is encrypted and secured using TLS 1.2 and certificates.

How does the Remote Payment Services provider protect my information?

Mekorma’s Remote Payment Services integrates Microsoft Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Business Central with the Corpay and Priority Payment platforms.

Both Payment Providers have adopted the following controls and hold Mekorma to these standards:

• AICPA (SOC 1, 2, and PCI Compliance)
• IAASB ISAE No. 3402 Standards
• Corpay also has SOC3 Compliance

Our Payment Providers invest heavily to protect your data when it’s at rest and in transit. Additionally, they provide ongoing threat assessment and 24x7/365 security operations staff to protect your business continuity even in times of disaster.

Our Payment Providers can provide detailed standards reports and validations – you may be required to sign an NDA to access that information.
