Ora Goldman

Founder & CEO

Ora Goldman guides the culture and strategy of the company. She founded Mekorma in 1990 and has been leading ever since. In her spare time, she enjoys walking with her dogs, hanging out with her three kids, exploring how to relieve human and animal suffering, and living purposely with presence.

Mariano Gomez

Chief Technology Officer

Mariano oversees IT operations and research of emerging technologies. Prior to Mekorma, he served as Lead Software Architect and Consulting Manager in his native Colombia and South Florida. In his free time, he enjoys working with the Microsoft technical communities, going to basketball games with family, hiking, and traveling to foreign destinations.

Brian Roney

Director of Operations

Brian oversees support, services, and product engineering for Mekorma’s Dynamics GP-based products. Previously, he was a Microsoft software engineering manager for Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Business Central. In his free time, he enjoys summers by the lake, woodworking projects, and watching his two daughters participate in their activities.

Adriaan has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software development. He specializes in Microsoft Dynamics GP and solving business challenges with custom solutions. Beyond his working hours, he enjoys outdoor adventures, computer games, software experimentation, and a good meal with friends or strangers!

Carol leads the finance team at Mekorma, where she brings her expertise to help Mekorma scale into an efficient and functional financial operating environment. She enjoys playing tennis, running, hiking and spending time with her amazing family and friends.

Sofia Nazaretian

Culture and Learning Steward

Sofia fosters organizational well-being, empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. With roots in Armenia, she draws wisdom from diverse cultures, blending Eastern and Western psychology and sociology. Now, in the Sierra foothills of central CA, she tends to her sanctuary, nurturing both land and spirit.

Khaled Nassra

Chief Marketing Officer

Khaled leads our marketing strategy and helps build an understanding of the AP market so we can continue exceeding customer needs. Outside of his role, he advises global leadership teams on strategy and business expansion through partnerships, Microsoft, and by working directly with end-users. Khaled enjoys skiing, hiking, and kayaking in his free time.
